Four decades of practice at the point where infrastructure meets finance, taught and presented to the institutions that fund it. Engagements span climate and nature finance, urban resilience and green cities, and water and sanitation finance, across universities, corporate audiences, and multilateral and United Nations forums. Formats include university lecturing, corporate and institutional training, conference presentations, panel moderation, and workshop facilitation.
University Teaching
Sciences Po Paris — Implementing Nature-Based Solutions for biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and environmental sustainability. Masters programme, delivered remotely, April 2026. Annual guest lectureship since 2020.
James Cook University — Climate Change and Climate Innovation. February 2024.

Princeton University — Catalyzing Climate and Green Finance: the Shandong Green Development Fund. Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance, April 2022. Biennial guest lectureship since 2022.
Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University, Thailand — Green and resilient urban infrastructure. Annual guest lectureship, one continuing relationship following the host professor between institutions.

University of Bristol and partners, September 2021 — Pre-COP26 event, Dakar, Senegal. Took part in the closing discussion with government and development partners for the Green Climate Fund.
UN ESCAP Infrastructure Financing and PPP Network of Asia and the Pacific, October 2020 — Public-private partnerships and post-COVID-19 economic recovery, presented for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank at the network's fourth meeting.
