I am adding a PRINT Version with the following settings:
A4, landscape, two-sided, flip on the short edge, and print all 18 sides in file order. Stack the 9 sheets in output order, fold the stack in half with the cover outside, and staple along the fold. Because the printer sees 18 pages and not 36, do not select any “booklet” option in the print dialog, since the imposition is already done.
